This deposit will be returned to you if everything has been left behind after the final check at the end of your stay in the chalet.
Obligatory end cleaning: € 100
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the chalet.
Bedlinnen: Can be rented per package, € 8 per person per change.
Bathtowels: Can be rented per package, € 6 per person for 2 towels per change
Kitchenlinnen: Free when you rent bathtowels and bedlinnen.
Electricity: Included (if used normally)
Gas: Included (if used normally)
Number of persons: Maximum 12 persons (10 fix beds and 1 bedcouch in the living room for 2 persons)
Local touristtax: € 2.50 per person above 15 years of age per night, from 6 until 15 years old € 0.40 and below 6 years free.

We would also like to inform you that outside the winterseason it is possible that there will be some work in progress at other chalets on the chaletpark. You might encounter some noise or nuisance due to this work. The above mentioned priced have allready been adjusted to that fact.

Rental weeks are allways from Saturday 16.00 o'clock until Saturday 10.00 o'clock.

If you make a definitive reservation with us we will send you a rental agreement in which all terms are written. We also want to point out that a reservation will only be definitive after confirmation from us. With this rental agreement we will also send you a 50%-bill which you will have to pay within 14 days after the booking. The remaining 50% needs to be paid in at least 4 months prior to the rental period. When you cancel the booking ( for whatever reason), no money/payments will be given back. Therfore we strongly advise you to take an insurance for these cancellation from your own insurace company.
